Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be rescheduled 24 hours prior to your appointment.

If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled due to limited appointment availability. A new deposit will need to be made to book a new appointment no exceptions.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please feel free to do so on our website or by contacting us 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Guest Policy

We strive to have a clean, sanitary and client focused environment for all of our customers. Children, spouses, family members are strictly not allowed.

Appointment/Booking Policy

We require a $100 non refundable deposit for any permanent makeup services and a $25 non refundable deposit for any other services to secure your appointment.

Refunds

All services are non refundable.

Deposits are non refundable.

No exceptions.
